Description

The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul announces an open competition for registered Afghan non-profit, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) for an award to furnish, operate and maintain computer labs in women’s dormitories on the campuses of Herat University, Balkh University, and Kabul University. The budget available for this program will include all logistical costs, materials, hardware, furnishings, personnel, and operating expenses.
