The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan, announces a competition open to registered Afghan non-profit, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and international non-profit organizations for an award to procure, deliver, and install complete sets of furnishings and equipment in women’s dormitories (hostels) on the campuses of Herat University and Balkh University. The budget available for this program will include all logistical costs, materials, furnishings, personnel, and operating expenses.
