This is a Notice of Intent to award a task agreement against an existing cooperative agreement to the National Pony Express Association to identify, preserve, interpret, and improve accessibility to the historic trails and associated features; to protect and preserve the trails and their associated features and landmarks; and to promote public awareness of and appreciation for the Pony Express National Historic Trail.
