Description

The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan is pleasedto announce a competition for assistance awards through this Request for Grant Proposals(RFGP). PAS Kabul invites all eligible organizations (see Section IV for EligibilityRequirements) to submit a proposal for the development, production, and disseminationof a nationally broadcast television series that illustrates the important work of theAfghan 119 Emergency Services Call Center (ESCC) and the Afghan National Police(ANP).
