Description

This is NOT a request for applications; this is an announcement that an award has already been designated for Erie Canalway Heritage Fund, Inc. for their work on Erie Canalway Heritage Area. To that end, ECHF agrees to: 1. Implement the Management Plan in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the Legislation as described in Attachment A – FY 2014 Work Plan and Budget. 2. Conduct public meetings at least semiannually regarding the implementation of the Management Plan. 3. Include units of local government, regional planning organizations, and nonprofit organizations in developing a management plan. 4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act. 5. Prepare compliance documents for NPS and/or State approval.
