This funding opportunity is to provide public notice of NPS's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. Task Agreement # P14AC00993 under Cooperative Agreement P14AC00993 with the University of Hawaii Hilo, a partner under the Hawaii-Pacific Islands Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for project titled "Support for Landbird Monitoring in Three National Parks in the Pacific Island Network".
