This is Modification 4 to the synopsis entitled Human Exploration Research Opportunities NASA Research Announcement which was posted on July 11, 2014. You are notified that the following changes will be made: Appendix E titled "Behavioral Health & Performance and Human Health Countermeasures Topics" will be released in NSPIRES on or about May 29, 2015. Appendix E will be available electronically through NSPIRES by going to http://nspires.nasaprs.com Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
