THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. This Notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. This is a notice of intent to award a Cooperative Agreement between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Housatonic Valley Association for the purpose of to enhance the recreational opportunities along the Housatonic River Watershed by conducting a feasibility study, preliminary design, and cost estimate for constructing a car-top boat launch in North Kent, Connecticut under the authority CFDA 15.658 Natural Resource Damage Assessment, Restoration and Implementation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505DM2, paragraph 2.14 (B) (4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
