Description

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Uganda is seeking applications to fund one or more organizations through a five-year Cooperative Agreement to improve health, nutrition, education, and psychosocial wellbeing, and reduce abuse, exploitation and neglect among children and youth orphaned and made vulnerable by HIV (OVC) and other adversities in Uganda, and particularly in the Eastern and Northern Regions; as described in Section I of this RFA. The authority for the RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended.
