Description

This project provides research and advisory assistance to Stones River National Battlefield (STRI) / National Park Service (NPS). It addresses the need of park managers to understand historical context issues relating to the development and management of natural and cultural resources that they are charged with protecting. The finished study details essential historical facts and highlights past policy issues, events, and management decisions. The completed study will help current and future STRI managers in making important decisions.
