United State Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS) Notice of Intent to Award. This is not a request for applications. This posting is to provide public notice of NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Task Agreement P14AC01661 under Cooperative Agreement P13AC00676 with the University of California, Santa Barbara, a partner under the Californian Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for the project titled, "Analysis and publication of long-term Channel Islands National Park kelp forest monitoring data."
