Description

American Trails is the only national organization which represents all major trail uses, including both motorized and non-motorized, and can present an unbiased appearance to the public. The Program provide adequate skills to USFWS staff to manage National Recreation Trails programs by administering the National Trails Training Partnership Clearinghouse website, which will help staff to minimize the trail's impact on the environment, and maximize responsible and appropriate recreational use by the visiting public.
