Description

The Technical Assistance Program (TAP) provides grant funding for short-term projects intended to meet the immediate needs of the insular areas. OIA's priorities are as follows: Accountability, financial management, economic development, training, education, energy, management control initiatives, safety, emergency, historical & cultural preservation, climate change, capacity building, health initiatives, and outdoor youth initiatives.
