THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Mr.Ray Stanfield is a continuation of a long -term funding agreement that the Partenrs for fish and Wildlife has maintained with the Friends of Clarks River Refuge. This is a non-profit orgnaizations is uniquuely qualififed to provide the necessary support capacity and expertise to assist with private landowner project development, assessment, and logistical support.
