The purpose of this modification is to incorporate changes to the Funding Opportunity Announcement, DE-FOA-00001211. Accordingly this modification, ?Clarified Base Cost Share Requirement, see Section III.B.1 of the FOA. ?Clarified Reduced Cost Share Requirement, see Section III.B.3 of the FOA. ?Updated C.F.R. information, see Sections III.B.6 and IV.G.2 of the FOA. ARPA-E will not review or consider concept papers submitted through other means.
