Description
Approximately $9M will be made available in cooperative agreements to transit agencies and other entities to promote innovative nationally and regionally significant public transportation workforce development models and programs that invest in America’s economic growth and help build ladders of opportunity into the middle class for American Workers.

- Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
- Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized)
- Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Private institutions of higher education
