The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces a Request for Statements of Interest (RSOI) from organizations interested in submitting Statements of Interest (SOI) outlining program concepts and capacity to manage projects that will support the bureau’s policy priorities of addressing transitional justice needs in Nepal, which may include appropriate support to civil society and governmental bodies.
