The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) is pleased to invite eligible organizations to submit grant applications for province-wide, comprehensive survey and clearance of explosive remnants of war (ERW) and explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) in Quang Tri Province, Vietnam, fiscal year 2014/2015. Specific goals, objectives, and technical requirements for application packages are detailed below. PM/WRA anticipates awarding no more than $7,000,000.00 under this grant opportunity for an initial 12-month period of performance, with additional funding possible for up to four additional years. Multiple awards may be issued.
