Description

PM/WRA is inviting eligible organizations to build, maintain, and, as needed, present a training curriculum that assists partner governments in mitigating threats from illicit acquisition and use of man-portable air defense systems (MANPADS), anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs), other Small Arms/Light Weapons (SA/LW), and related ammunition.

  • Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
  • Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
  • Private institutions of higher education
