Description

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting innovative researchproposals to develop prototype systems for agnostic conversion of chemical warfare agents toinert material. Proposed research should investigate innovative approaches that enablerevolutionary advances in science, devices, or systems. Specifically excluded is research thatprimarily results in evolutionary improvements to the existing state of practice.
