Description
DRL seeks proposals which support local organizations and civil actors as they press for increased transparency and accountability by national and local governments, and where applicable, business enterprises. DRL also seeks proposals with activities that address social, political, and economic factors that contribute to cycles of violence in Burma.

- Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
- Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Private institutions of higher education
- For-profit organizations other than small businesses
