Description

The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the Embassy of the United States in Islamabad, Pakistan is pleased to announce an open competition for assistance awards through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). PAS Islamabad invites all eligible organizations (see Section III for Eligibility Requirements) to submit a proposal for a Grant or Cooperative Agreement to support people-to-people relationships within the educational community (e.g. academics, educational leaders, education policy makers, educational trainers or teachers), strengthen academic relationships, and increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of the United States and Pakistan. This opportunity does not support programs that include government officials.
