The intent of this announcement is to partner with national organizations that have a demonstrated reach and influence in one or more of the following targeted populations; the African American/Black, Hispanics/Latino, Gay, Bisexual Men Who Have Sex With Men (MSM), and Transgender population in order to assist DHAP in HIV/AIDS Prevention.
