Description

This is a Request for Information. This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Applications (RFA) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government to issue any solicitation or ultimately award a contract/cooperative agreement on the basis of this RFI, or to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Citizens for Healthy Communities Project (CHCP) will empower citizens of Guatemala’s Western Highlands to sustainably improve the health and quality of life in their own communities. Using a community-based development approach that intentionally engages historically marginalized groups (indigenous, poor, women, youth, and others) in the design and implementation of community development, CHCP will also improve citizen participation and empowerment.
