Pursuant to the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended (FAA) and Section 7060(f) of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2015 (P.L. 113-235, Division J), the United States Government (USG), as represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA), Office of Conflict Management and Mitigation (CMM), invites applications for funding from qualified entities to carry out activities that mitigate conflict and promote reconciliation by bringing together individuals of different ethnic, religious, or political backgrounds from areas of civil conflict and war in the following countries: Georgia, Ukraine, Ethiopia, Guinea, Mali, Rwanda, Senegal (includes programming in The Gambia and Guinea Bissau), Somalia, Zimbabwe, Philippines, and Sri Lanka.
