Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Funds under this award are to carryout priority recovery for the endangered Puerto Rican Parrot. In accordance with this agreement, funds will used to cover the re-habilitation of existing facilities at the Maricao Fish Hatchery where Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (PRDNER) and the Service will co-manage a new third population site. Funds will also cover the construction of a flight cage and a hurricane shelter at the Jos� Vivaldi Aviary in the R�o Abajo Commonwealth Forest.
