The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) is pleased to invite interested U.S. institutions of higher education to submit information on prospective approaches to managing and implementing a Conventional Weapons Destruction (CWD) fellowship program. Specific information regarding RFI input and technical submission requirements are described below. Responses to this RFI must be submitted via email to MurguiaCE@state.gov no later than 5:00pm (EST) on 04/24/2015.

• Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
• Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
• Private institutions of higher education
