Description

The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan is pleased to announce an open competition for assistance awards through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). PAS Kabul invites all eligible organizations to submit a proposal for a Cooperative Agreement to implement cultural programming in Kabul, Jalalabad, Herat, Mazar-e-Sharif, and Bamyan over the course of one year, in close cooperation with U.S. Embassy Kabul. The programs will engage the general public and target audiences by addressing a series of issues that are priorities for the United States government and Afghanistan.
