Description

Tasks to be performed on this agreement: control Russian olive and Siberian elm from the banks of the Green River and other areas accessible from the river within the boundary of Ouray National Wildlife Refuge (NWR). This includes the river bank, islands and draws not easily accessed from land. A boat, able to travel up and down the Green River will be necessary for access. Actual treatment of the trees will be prescribed by Ouray NWR and all herbicide will be provided by Ouray NWR. This funding is in accordance with CFDA 15.652 Undesirable/Noxious Plant Species.
