Description
The U.S. Consulate Chennai proposes to fund a 3-day international conference in Bengaluru, India to discuss the opportunities and challenges in U.S.-India trade relations. President Obama and Prime Minister Modi aim to increase U.S.-India trade from $100 billion to $500 billion in the next ten years. The proposed conference will analyze the prospects of achieving the target; identify factors that may cause impediments to attaining the target; and develop potential solutions to overcome these challenges.
