Description

Revolutionary Fibers and Textiles–Manufacturing Innovation Institute (RFT-MII). This solicitation seeks proposals from independent U.S. non-profit organizations interested in entering into a Cooperative Agreement or other assistance agreement for the purpose of establishing a state-of- the-art, end-to-end, sustainable Manufacturing Innovation Institute (MII) in support of Revolutionary Fibers and Textiles manufacturing technology. The Government reserves the right to award other assistance instruments, if deemed in the best interests of the Government.
