Purpose of Program: The purpose of the PBI Program is to strengthen Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs) to carry out programs in the following areas: science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM); health education; internationalization or globalization; teacher preparation; or improving educational outcomes of African- American males. Applications for grants under this program must be submitted electronically using the Grants.gov Apply site (Grants.gov). You may access the electronic grant application for the PBI Program at www.Grants.gov. You must search for the downloadable application package for this competition by the CFDA number.
