Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7, Fisheries and Ecological Services, Fairbanks Fish and Wildlife Office intends to award a single source Cooperative Agreement to Fairbanks Soil and Water Conservation District (FSWCD) to eradicate an invasive aquatic plant, Elodea spp., from Fairbanks, Alaska area water bodies. The Alaska Department of Natural Resources (ADNR) is the agency responsible for eradicating Alaskas invasive plant species. ADNR works together with their local partner (FSWCD) in Fairbanks to eradicate invasive plant species from local water bodies.
