Description

Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C 9601, et seq.; Oil Pollution Act of 1990, Public Law 101-380; Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956, 16 U.S.C 742a-742j; Federal Water Pollution Control Act, 33 U.S.C 1251-1387. To restore natural resources injured by oil spills or hazardous substance releases. This is to be done by Natural Resource Trustees; seeking and identifying natural resources injured, determining the extent of the injuries, recovering damages from responsible parties, and planning and carrying out natural resource restoration activities.
