The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan is pleased to announce an open competition for assistance awards through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). PAS Kabul invites all eligible organizations to submit a proposal for a Cooperative Agreement (CA) to design, produce and distribute materials for nationwide strategic awareness campaigns aimed at improving Afghan perceptions of women’s rights and contributions to society. The award will cover the implementation of at least two campaigns designed to coincide with the internationally recognized 16 Days of Activism against Gender Violence in November-December 2015, International Day of the Girl Child in October 2015, and International Women’s Day in March 2016.
