This is for issuing a single source financial assistance award, not to exceed five years, to the College of William and Mary. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Wildlife Refuge System, Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, located in Suffolk, VA, is providing a funding opportunity to provide assistance in translocating endangered red-cockaded woodpeckers and monitoring of associated behavior following translocation.
