A small grants program to foster partnerships between U.S. institutions of higher education (university, college or community college) and public universities operating under the authority of the Government of Iraq’s Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) and the Kurdistan Regional Government’s Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MHE)

  • Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
