This announcement seeks proposals to purchase instrumentation in support of research in areas of interest to the DoD, including areas of research supported by the Army Research Office (ARO), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR). For detailed information regarding technical goals, potential proposers are advised to refer to the full announcement. They also are encouraged to contact DoD program managers before submitting proposals, in order to explore research areas that are of mutual interest to the proposers and DoD administering agencies. A proposal may be submitted to more than one administering agency; however, only one administering agency will fund the proposal, if selected, under the 2016 DURIP
