THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to perform NWI digital data quality control work. The US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) established the National Wetlands Inventory (NWI) The US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) established the National Wetlands Inventory (NWI) to conduct a nationwide inventory of U.S. wetlands and provide information on the distribution and type of wetlands to aid in conservation efforts. This funding opportunity is intended to facilitate the implementation of the NWI statutes and the delivering of digital wetland data according to the NWI and federal standards.
