ADVANCING FINANCIAL INCLUSION IN HAITIA Broad Agency Announcement BAA-521-EGAD-2015-01I. Overview.A. This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeks Expressions of Interest on game changing solution(s) to advance financial inclusion in Haiti. The United States Agency for International Development Haiti’s Office of Economic Growth and Agricultural Development (USAID/Haiti/EGAD) invites organizations and companies to partner with USAID/Haiti, as described below, to significantly expand access to safe, affordable, and relevant financial services in Haiti in support of the Government of Haiti’s (GOH’s) National Financial Inclusion Strategy.
