The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) is pleased to invite eligible organizations to submit applications to help the Vietnam National Mine Action Center (VNMAC) in developing an information management system during fiscal years 2015/2016. Specific goals, objectives, and technical requirements for application packages are detailed below. PM/WRA anticipates awarding up to $700,000.00 under this funding opportunity.
