Description

This is NOT a request for applications. This is just an announcement that an award has been made to Westfield State Foundation, Inc. (Westfield State) On behalf of the Westfield River Wild and Scenic Advisory Committee for their continued work with regard to the Westfield Wild and Scenic River Assistance. The Westfield State Foundation, Inc. agrees to continue: 1. Act as fiscal agent to the Westfield River W&S Advisory Committee for management of Agreement funds and implementation of projects selected to advance the Plan through partnership with NPS and the Committee as described in the signed agreement. 2. Participate in the meetings of the Committee and its subcommittees as necessary to ensure the Foundation can effectively execute its duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement. 3. Provide technical assistance to the Committee as specified in this Agreement. 4. Implement action programs and priorities outlined in the Agreement.
