The purpose of this Cooperative Agreement is to build or increase emergency response capacity of the U.S. Affiliated Pacific Islands Pacific Islands (USAPI) and Freely Associated States through the enhancement of USAPI regional public health laboratory testing, public health surveillance networks, and epidemiological investigation capacities.
