Description

This cooperative agreement will provide support for the project titled: “Migration Patterns, Habitat Use, Food Habits, and Harvest Characteristics of Long-Tailed Ducks (LTDU) Wintering on Lake Michigan.” The purpose of this project is to (1) determine temporal and spatial patterns of migration, breeding ground affiliations, and site fidelity; (2) characterize movements, habitat use, and food habits; and (3) describe harvest characteristics of long-tailed ducks wintering on Lake Michigan.
