The subject Request for Information (RFI) intends to seek public comments/feedback on the attached DRAFT Program Description/Statement of Work for a possible new activity. This is NOT an invitation for bid, Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Application (RFA) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government to issue any solicitation or ultimately making any awards on the basis of this RFI, or to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. It should be noted that responding to this RFI will not give any advantage to any organization in any subsequent procurement. USAID will not provide answers to any question(s) submitted in response to this request. This RFI intends to collect details concerning interest, capabilities and market information related to the enclosed documents
