NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: This funding announcement is not a request for applications or proposals. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service’s intent to award a non-competitive Cooperative Agreement in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The objective of this Agreement is to promote, facilitate and improve the public’s understanding of the cultural and historic significance of the City of Natchez, Mississippi by providing the public with a jointly operated and maintained visitor reception center. The Natchez Visitor Reception Center is jointly operated and maintained by the National Park Service and the City of Natchez. Please see attached Full Announcement for more information.
