The purpose of this FOA is to assist current, eligible immunization awardees by transitioning the Assessment, Feedback, Incentives, and eXchange (AFIX) assessment functionality to Immunization Information Systems (IIS) to serve as a single reference source to ensure consistent reporting of coverage assessment results across jurisdictions.
