Description

Construction of a Brunswick layover facility to provide turnaround servicing for Downeaster trains, which will result in increased frequency and ridership between Brunswick and Boston, improved reliability, and reduced operating costs. The Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) Program supports surface transportation projects and other efforts that contribute air quality improvements and provides congestion relief.
