THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to be provide funds to the Alexander Center for Applied Population Biology and the Population Management Center of the Lincoln Park Zoo, of Cook County, Illinois to support research priorities identified in the Memorandum of Agreement between U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Lincoln Park Zoo dated August 26, 2013.
