Notice of Intent to Award a cooperative agreement to George Mason University to advance the geospatial information science and facilitate the geospatial interoperability and standards through research and development. The specific objective is to develop, test, deploy, and revise consensus-based standards and tools that facilitate use of geospatial information for global, national and public use.
